226 Scope of Division (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Division applies despite anything in or authorised by the **Building Act 1993** or any other Act. (2) This Act is subject to any regulation or emergency order under the **Building Act 1993** relating to the securing, pulling down or removal of dangerous buildings.
