20 Delegation of powers—Executive Director The Executive Director, by instrument, may delegate to an officer or employee employed under section 21 the Executive Director's functions, duties or powers under this Act. Under section 42A(1)(aa) of the **Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984**, the power to delegate under this section cannot be delegated.
