160 Issue of rectification order (1) The Executive Director may issue a rectification order to a person if— (a) the person has carried out works or activities in relation to a registered place or registered object; and (b) the Executive Director reasonably believes that the works or activities were carried out without a permit or exemption under this Act. (2) A rectification order issued to a person may require the person to rectify any works or activities carried out in relation to the registered place or registered object. (3) The Executive Director must cause a rectification order to be served on the person to whom it is issued.
