146 Additional requirements relating to service of interim protection order (1) This section applies if an interim protection order is served under section 143— (a) on a person other than an owner or government asset manager of a place or object; or (b) in the case of a place or object on the owner by displaying it at that place or on or near that object. (2) The Heritage Council or Executive Director, as soon as possible after the service of the order, must— (a) cause a copy of the order to be served on the owner in accordance with section 145(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e); or (b) if the address of the owner is unknown, cause a copy of the order to be published in a newspaper circulating generally in Victoria.
