139 Covenant affecting Crown land If a covenant entered into under this Part affects unalienated land of the Crown, the Executive Director must amend the Heritage Register by entering a memorandum of the effect of the covenant in the item relating to the land. S. 139A inserted by No. 5/2023 s. 96.
