132 Consideration of submissions in relation to a recommendation for a site of archaeological value (1) The Heritage Council must consider a submission in relation to a recommendation for a site of archaeological value that it receives on or before the submission date for the recommendation. (a) conduct a hearing in relation to the recommendation; or (b) consider any submissions and the recommendation without a hearing. (3) The Heritage Council must only consider a submission relating to the issue of whether or not a place is a site of archaeological value.
