124B Requests for additional information in relation to consent applications (1) The Executive Director may request an applicant to provide any additional information that the Executive Director considers necessary to assist the determination of an application under section 124 or 124A. (c) a statement that the application will lapse if the information is not provided by that date. (3) The applicant may request the Executive Director to grant an extension of time to provide the requested information. (c) if the extension of time is refused and the date specified in accordance with subsection (2)(b) has passed or is due to pass within 10 business days, the date by which the information must be provided, being a date which is at least 10 business days after the notice. (6) The Executive Director must notify the applicant within 5 business days after agreeing or refusing to agree to the extension. S. 124C inserted by No. 5/2023 s. 90.
