120 Notice of recording of sites in or removal of sites from the Heritage Inventory The Executive Director must give written notice of the recording of a site in or the removal of a site from the Heritage Inventory to— S. 120(a) amended by No. 5/2023 s. 86(2)(b). (a) the owner or government asset manager of the land constituting the site; and (b) the responsible authority for the area in which the site is situated; and (c) if the responsible authority is not a municipal council, the relevant municipal council.
