105A Requests for additional information in relation to amendment of permits
(1) The Executive Director may request a permit holder to provide any additional information that the Executive Director considers necessary to assist with a decision under section 105(5).
(b) the date by which the information must be provided, being a date which is at least 20 days after the request;
(c) a statement that the request to amend the permit will lapse if the information is not provided by that date.
(3) The permit holder may request the Executive Director to grant an extension of time to provide the requested information.
(c) if the extension of time is refused and the date specified in accordance with subsection (2)(b) has passed or is due to pass within 10 business days, the date by which the information must be provided, being a date which is at least 10 business days after the notice.
(6) The Executive Director must notify the applicant within 5 business days after agreeing or refusing to agree to the extension.
