102A Notice of refusal (1) The Executive Director, within 5 business days of making a determination under section 101(1)(a) to approve part of an application, must give a written notice of the refusal of any part of the application not approved to the applicant. (2) The Executive Director, within 5 business days of making a determination under section 101(1)(b) to refuse an application, must give a written notice of the refusal to the applicant. (3) A notice of refusal must include— (a) a statement of reasons for the refusal of the application or part of the application; and (b) a statement of the applicant's rights of review under this Part.
