100 Submissions by responsible authorities and municipal councils in relation to permit applications S. 100(1) amended by No. 5/2023 s. 70(1). (1) The Executive Director, within 10 business days after receiving a permit application, must give a copy of the application— (a) to the responsible authority for the area in which the registered place or registered object is situated; and (b) if the responsible authority is not a municipal council, the relevant municipal council. (2) A responsible authority or a municipal council to which a copy of a permit application is given may make a written submission to the Executive Director in relation to the application. (3) A submission must be lodged within— S. 100(3)(a) amended by No. 5/2023 s. 70(2). (a) 20 business days after notice is given under subsection (1); or (b) an extended period of time under section 94(3). S. 100(4) inserted by No. 5/2023 s. 70(3). (4) Despite subsection (3), the Executive Director may accept a submission that has not been lodged within the time required under that subsection.
