98 Decision on appeal
In deciding the appeal, the Supreme Court may:
(a) make any incidental order it considers appropriate; and
(b) if it allows the appeal:
(i) refer the matter back to the Minister for reconsideration;
and
(ii) give any directions in law and recommendations it
considers appropriate.
