94 Information notice
(1) An information notice, for an appealable decision, is a written
notice stating the following:
(a) the decision and the reasons for it;
(b) that an affected person may appeal against the decision to the
Supreme Court on a question of law only;
(c) the period allowed for starting the appeal;
(d) how to start the appeal.
(2) The validity of an appealable decision is not affected by a failure to
give an information notice to an affected person for the decision.
