87 Offence to contravene order
(a) the person knows a repair order has been issued for a
(b) the person engages in conduct that results in a contravention
of the order.
(2) If a court finds a person guilty of an offence against subsection (1),
the court may, in addition to a penalty imposed for the offence,
impose a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units for each day
during which the offence continues after the day the offence is
committed.
