86 Issuing order
(1) The Minister may, by written notice (a repair order), require the
owner of the heritage place or object to carry out stated work at the
owner's expense.
(2) However, the Minister may issue the order only if the Minister:
(a) has consulted with the owner about the nature and extent of
the work required to be carried out; and
(b) is satisfied the owner has the financial capacity to carry out
the work.
(3) The order may state the materials to be used to carry out the work
and the way in which the work is to be carried out.
(4) The order must include an information notice.
