82 Revocation of order
If, after issuing the stop work order, a heritage officer is no longer
satisfied grounds exist for issuing the order, the officer must
immediately:
(a) revoke the order by written notice given to the person; and
(b) if application has been made to the Tribunal for the
confirmation of the order – lodge with the Registrar of the
Tribunal a copy of the notice.
