76 Conditions may be imposed on work approval
(1) If the decision maker approves the application, the decision maker
may impose reasonable conditions on the work approval.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), a condition may provide for the
following:
(a) the removal of an archaeological object from the heritage
place;
(b) what happens to the removed object.
