75 Consideration of application
(1) In deciding an application for a work approval, the decision maker
must consider the following:
(a) the extent to which the application, if approved, would affect
the heritage significance of the heritage place or object;
(b) the extent to which the application, if refused, would:
(i) affect the reasonable or economic use of the place or
(ii) cause a person undue financial hardship;

(c) for an application for major work – the Council's advice on the
application;
(d) if the heritage place or object is, or is in, a sacred site – the
advice of the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority;
(e) other matters relating to the conservation, use and
management of the place or object the decision maker
considers relevant.
(2) For subsection (1), the decision maker may ask the applicant to
give the decision maker additional information relevant to the
application.
