73 Referral of application to Minister or Council
(1) On receipt of the application, the CEO must:
(a) if the application is for carrying out major work – request the
Council's advice on it; or
Heritage Act 2011 31
(b) otherwise – refer it to the Council for decision.
(2) The Council must give the advice to the CEO within 30 days after
receiving the request.
(3) On receipt of the advice, the CEO must:
(a) refer the application to the Minister for decision; and
(b) give the Minister a copy of the Council's advice.
