70 Effect of heritage agreement
(1) A heritage agreement is binding on:
(a) the parties to the agreement; and
(b) to the extent it affects the use of a heritage place, the occupier
of the place.
(2) The agreement may be varied or terminated by agreement of the
parties.
(3) If the heritage place comprises land entered in the land register
under the Land Title Act 2000, the agreement:
(a) is a registrable interest under the Land Title Act 2000; and
(b) on registration under that Act:
(i) has effect as if it were an instrument of covenant over
the land; and
(ii) may be enforced by the Territory.
