66 Notice of decision not to revoke declaration of heritage place or object (1) This section applies if on the Council's recommendation the Minister decides not to revoke the declaration for a heritage place or object. (2) As soon as practicable after making the decision, the Minister must give written notice to the Council of the Minister's decision and the reasons for it.
