52 Effect of declaration
(1) On the making of the declaration of the protected class of places or
objects, a place or object of the class is a heritage place or object.
(2) However, the declaration does not affect the declaration of a
particular place or object to be a heritage place or object regardless
of when the particular place or object is declared to be a heritage
