41 No further assessment of place or object for 5 years
(1) This section applies if the Minister decides not to permanently
declare a place or object to be a heritage place or object.
(2) The Council must not make an assessment of the heritage
significance of the place or object within 5 years after the decision
is made except on a heritage nomination for the place or object
made:
(a) by the owner of the place or object; or
(b) with the owner's consent.
