40 Notice of declaration of heritage place or object
(1) Within 7 days after the provisional or permanent declaration of a
heritage place or object, the Minister must give written notice of the
declaration to:
(b) for a permanent declaration – each person who made a
submission in relation to the place or object in the public
consultation period.
(2) The notice must include an information notice.

(3) In addition, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after the
declaration is made:
(a) publish notice of the provisional or permanent declaration on
the Agency's website; and
(b) for the declaration of a heritage place – give written notice of
the declaration to the Registrar-General.
(4) Immediately after receipt of the notice, the Registrar-General must
enter details of the declaration in the record of administrative
interests kept under section 38 of the Land Title Act 2000.
