38 Provisional declaration may authorise work or removal The provisional declaration of a place or object to be a heritage place or object may authorise: (a) stated work that may be carried out on the heritage place or object without a work approval; or (b) the removal of: (i) part of the heritage place; or (ii) the object or part of it.
