37 Provisional declaration – after Division 3 assessment (1) This section applies if the Minister is given notice of the Council's decision on an assessment under Division 3 that a place or object is of heritage significance. (2) Within 7 days after the Council invites submissions on the heritage significance of the place or object under section 26(1)(a), the Minister must, by Gazette notice, provisionally declare the place or object to be a heritage place or object.
