34 Permanent declaration of heritage place or object
(1) If the Minister is satisfied the place or object is of heritage
significance and should be conserved, the Minister must, by
Gazette notice, permanently declare the place or object to be a
(2) The declaration may authorise:
(a) stated work that may be carried out on the heritage place or
object without a work approval; or
(b) the removal of:
(i) part of the heritage place; or
