29 Notice of Council's decision (1) As soon as practicable after making the decision, the Council must give a review notice for the decision to: or object in the public consultation period; and (c) if the assessment was made on a heritage nomination made by a person other than the Minister – the person who made the nomination. (2) If the assessment was made on a heritage nomination made by the Minister, the Council must give written notice of the decision, and the reasons for it, to the Minister.
