27 Council's decision (1) Within 60 days after the end of the public consultation period, the Council must decide whether or not to recommend that the Minister declare the place or object to be a heritage place or object. (2) In making the decision, the Council: (a) must consider the submissions made to it in the public (b) may carry out the research and make the inquiries it considers appropriate.
