20 Nomination of place or object for assessment
(1) Anyone may nominate a place or object for assessment of its
heritage significance for declaration as a heritage place or object (a
heritage nomination).
(2) The nomination must:
(b) be given to the Council; and
(c) be accompanied by the information necessary to enable the
assessment to be made.
