166 Applications before former Tribunal (1) This section applies if, before the commencement: (a) a person had made an application to the former Tribunal for the review of the merits of a reviewable decision; and (b) the former Tribunal had not completed the review. (2) The former Tribunal must continue to deal with the review in accordance with the former legislation.
