160 Authorisations for works etc. on heritage places and objects
(1) This section applies to an authorisation given under section 39K of
the repealed Act whether given:
(a) before the commencement day; or
(b) after the commencement day under section 159.
(2) The authorisation has effect as if it were a work approval and
continues in force until it would have ended under the repealed Act
as if that Act had not been repealed.
