149 Regulations
(1) The Administrator may make regulations under this Act.
(2) A regulation may provide for the following:
(a) regulating access to heritage places;
(b) the identification of archaeological places;
(c) applying, adopting or incorporating (with or without changes) a
matter contained in another instrument as in force or existing
at a particular time or from time to time;
(d) fees payable under this Act;
(e) an offence against a regulation to be an offence of strict or
absolute liability but not with a penalty exceeding 100 penalty
units.
