139 Register of heritage places and objects
(1) The Council must keep a register for this Act.
(2) The register may be kept in the way the Council considers
appropriate, including for example, in an electronic form.
(3) The register must contain details of the following:
(a) heritage places and objects declared under Part 2.2;
(b) protected classes of heritage places and objects;
(c) heritage agreements.
(4) An entry in the register for a heritage place or object declared under
Part 2.2 must:
(a) state its location; and
(b) contain a description of it; and
(c) contain a statement of its heritage value.
(5) However, the register must not include information that under
Aboriginal tradition must be kept secret.
