134 Holding meetings
(1) The Council must meet as often as is necessary for the exercise of
its powers and the performance of its functions.
(2) However, the Council must meet at least 4 times in each year.
(3) The chairperson must call a meeting of the Council if asked to do
so by the Minister or at least 5 members.
(4) The chairperson must make the arrangements that enable the
Council to meet.
