119 Definitions
declared provision means any of the following provisions:
(a) section 84(1), 87(1), 110(4), 111(1) and (2), 112(1) and (2),
113(1) and (2), 114(1), 116(1) or (2), 117(1) or 118;
(b) a provision of the Regulations prescribed by regulation.
representative, of a person, means an employee or agent of the
