117 Obstruction of person acting in official capacity
(a) obstructs a heritage officer, or person assisting a heritage
officer, acting in an official capacity; and
Heritage Act 2011 51
(b) knows the heritage officer is, or person is assisting a heritage
officer, acting in an official capacity.
(2) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against
subsection (1) if the defendant establishes a reasonable excuse.
