101 Entry of place – general
(1) For the administration or enforcement of this Act, a heritage officer
may enter:
(a) a place (other than residential premises) at any reasonable
time; or
(b) any place at any time:
(i) with the consent of the occupier of the place; or

(ii) under a search warrant issued under this Part for the
place.
(2) An appointed heritage officer who enters a place under
subsection (1) must not remain on the place if the officer does not
produce the officer's identity card when asked by the occupier of
the place.
