36 End of period of provisional registration without decision If the period of provisional registration for a place or object ends and the council has not made a decision about whether or not to register the place or object under division 6.2, the place or object is taken to be a nominated place or object. Note If a place or object is a nominated place or object the council must decide whether or not to provisionally register the nominated place or object (see s 32).
