26C Minister may require further consideration by council on heritage guidelines (1) The Minister may direct the council to give further consideration to— (a) issues raised in, or arising from, its report to the Minister under section 26B; or (b) any other matter the Minister considers— (i) relevant to the proposed guidelines; and (ii) related to the functions of the council.
