121 Delegation The council may delegate the council’s functions under this Act or another territory law to the director-general. Note 1 For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see Legislation Act, pt 19.4. Note 2 The director-general may subdelegate a function delegated to the director-general under this section (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 20).
