#### 114 Acquisition of personal property by corporation 114 Acquisition of personal property by corporation > The corporation may, in respect of an item of the environmental heritage vested in it, acquire, by lease, purchase or exchange, personal property— > > > (a) which is associated with and contributes to the significance of that item as an item of the environmental heritage, or > > > (b) which is required for the purpose of restoring, enhancing, furnishing or decorating that item.
