8 Cancellation of licence
For the Act, section 16(1)(b), the following grounds are prescribed—
(a) the licensee requests, in writing, that the licence be cancelled,
(b) the Secretary is satisfied that, if the licensee were applying for a new licence, the application could be refused under section 5.
