11 Licence condition—notice of certain test results must be given to Secretary
(1) This section applies to a licence if testing carried out by the licensee relating to the concentration of THC in the leaves and flowering heads of hemp cultivated by the licensee indicates the concentration of THC is more than 1%.
(2) For the Act, section 12(1)(a), it is a condition of a licence that the licensee must give the Secretary a copy of the results of the testing within 24 hours of receiving the results.
