18 Repeals consequent on commencement of [Biosecurity Act 2015](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2015-024)
> Clause 4 (3) (c), (5) (c) and (7) (c) is repealed—
>
> > (a) if Schedule 8.22 to the [Biosecurity Act 2015](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2015-024) commences on or before 1 September 2016—on 1 September 2016, or
>
> > (b) if Schedule 8.22 commences after 1 September 2016—on the day that Schedule commences.
