#### 7 Application for licence 7 Application for licence > > (1) A person may apply to the Secretary for a licence. > > > (2) An application for a licence must— > > > > > (a) be in the form approved by the Secretary, and > > > > > (b) be accompanied by such fee (if any) as may be approved by the Secretary to cover the costs associated with the assessment and determination of the application, and > > > > > (c) contain such information and particulars as are prescribed by the regulations, and > > > > > (d) contain such other information, and be accompanied by such other documents, as the Secretary may require to determine the application.
