38 Administrative review by NCAT of certain licence decisions
> A person may apply to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an administrative review under the [Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-076) of a decision by the Secretary—

> > (a) to impose a condition on a licence held by the person or to vary any such condition imposed by the Secretary, or
>
> > (b) to refuse to renew a licence granted to the person, or
>
> > (c) to suspend or cancel a licence held by the person.
