sch.1-sec.44 Matters to be included in annual reports
The annual report prepared by the Board and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include particulars of: any changes to the Help to Buy Program Directions during the period; and the impact of the changes on the operations of Housing Australia. Section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 requires the Board to prepare annual reports. See also section 56 of the Housing Australia Act 2018 and sub section 25 (3) of this Act.
- (a) any changes to the Help to Buy Program Directions during the period; and
- (b) the impact of the changes on the operations of Housing Australia.
