sch.1-sec.30 Definitions

In this Division: amendment matters has the meaning given by sub section 34 (1) . express amendment has the meaning given by sub sections 34 (4) and (5) . primary matters has the meaning given by sub section 32 (1) . primary version of this Act has the meaning given by sub section 31 (2) . referral law of a State means the law of the State that refers the amendment matters to the Commonwealth Parliament. referred primary provisions has the meaning given by sub section 32 (3) . referred residual provisions has the meaning given by sub section 33 (3) . relevant version of this Act has the meaning given by sub section 31 (1) . residual matters has the meaning given by sub section 33 (1) . residual version of this Act has the meaning given by sub section 31 (3) .
