sch.1-sec.28 Payment of returns to Commonwealth
Housing Australia must pay to the Commonwealth as soon as reasonably practicable: all amounts Housing Australia receives on behalf of the Commonwealth under Help to Buy arrangements; and any interest Housing Australia receives in performing its functions under this Act.
- (a) all amounts Housing Australia receives on behalf of the Commonwealth under Help to Buy arrangements; and
- (b) any interest Housing Australia receives in performing its functions under this Act.
